1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between rsena ("Platform", "we", "our") and any registered or unregistered user of rsena ("you", "user"). The rsena.cam website and all services associated with it are covered by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

2.2 One Person, One Account

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately.

3 Age and Eligibility

rsena strictly prevents minors from gaming. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To register on rsena and participate in any game, the user must be at least 21 years old. Providing a false age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

3.2 Age Verification

rsena reserves the right to verify a user's identity and age at any time. For this purpose, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

rsena reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The user confirms that it is legal to access online gaming services from their place of residence. By using rsena's services, the user acknowledges that it is entirely their responsibility to comply with local laws.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

rsena provides secure and fast financial transaction facilities. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This limit applies to each payment method. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the verification status of the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). rsena generally completes withdrawal requests within 1 hour of receipt. However, this time may be slightly longer in cases requiring additional verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus or promotional funds
• Withdrawals may be on hold if account verification has not been completed
• Withdrawal details must match the details of the registered payment account

4.5 Transaction Rejection

rsena reserves the right to reject any transaction in cases of fraud or suspicious activity. rsena also has the right to correct any unintentional credits or debits processed due to a technical error.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

rsena offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for its new and existing players.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳25,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own specific validity period; once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated (unless specifically permitted under certain conditions)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met
• If any irregularity in bonus use is found, rsena reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings
• rsena reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time

5.4 VIP and Loyalty Program

rsena has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers progressively higher weekly cashback — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. VIP benefits and cashback rates are subject to change at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on rsena are operated in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of each game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.

6.1 Gaming Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account. This feature is recommended for responsible gaming.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any unintentional payment occurs or a game result is disrupted due to a technical error or system failure, rsena reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. rsena's decision on this matter is final.

6.3 Game Providers

7 Prohibited Activities

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the activities listed above, rsena will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all balances.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by rsena

rsena reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to verify age or providing false information
• For the purpose of a security investigation
• By order of legal authorities

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, after all pending bets have been settled and wagering conditions have been met, the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
